Named the Cape Island Cottage, this historic single-family homehas been recently renovated and includes six bedrooms and three full bathrooms. This beautifully decorated home can sleep up to fourteen people. As you walk in the home the first floor includes two spacious living areas, each with TVs, great for movie and gamenights. There is also a dining area with a wooden table and bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cabinet space and a breakfast bar with additional seating. There is a first-floor master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a full bathroom withshower. The first floor also includes a full bathroom with shower and bathtub combination as well as a laundry room. Take your pick on the second-floor of five guest bedrooms. There is one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, one queen plus a full-sized futon bedroom,one full-sized bed bedroom and one twin over a twin bunk bed bedroom with junior twin chaise lounge. Upstairs has a full bathroom with a double vanity and a shower and bathtub combination for the guest rooms to share. Outside spaces include a front porch as well as a back deck with propane grill and two picnic tables leading to a spacious backyard. There are three off street parking spots on site. Additional amenities include, 2 baby gates, a pack n play, high chair, stroller and beach box with 4-5 beach chairs, sand toys and umbrella at the Ocean Street beach during the season. This home does not provide beach tags.
