The lanai looks out over the Pacific Ocean and the infinity pool is just steps away. The downstairs offers 2 bedrooms for additional sleeping. Split ductless AC available in Upstairs Bedrooms and Living Room only. The stairs from the main house to downstairs bedrooms are outside of the main home.
Swimming, snorkeling, surfing, and paddle boarding are all available at Kahaluu Beach Park which is a short walk south of the property. A five-minute drive will take you to the Keauhou Shopping Center where you will find restaurants, a grocery store, drug store, clothing boutiques, gift shops and a movie theater.
Watch out of the pods of dolphins as they play not far from shore and in the winter months, enjoy whale watching from the convenience of your lanai.
Minimum night varies seasonally 5 - 10 nights. This is a No pets, No smoking property. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.
