The Space:
This comfortable and spacious townhouse, recently renovated in 2025, is designed to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, along with a dining area that seats five when using the extra chair by the entry. There are also three bar stools at the counter for additional seating. A full laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen. The living room features a Roku TV and opens to a ground-level patio with beautiful views of Holiday Valley Resort, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
The bedrooms are configured as follows: a primary bedroom on the main floor with a Queen bed and Roku TV, a bunk room upstairs with a twin-over-full bunk bed plus a twin bed with a twin trundle and a Roku TV, and a lofted guest bedroom overlooking the living room with a Full bed and a smart TV.
Upstairs is accessed via a spiral staircase located in the living room. You’ll also find a small workspace in the hallway. There are full bathrooms on each level for added convenience.
The patio is at ground level and opens directly onto green space overlooking Holiday Valley Resort, offering a peaceful spot to relax or dine al fresco.
