THINGS TO KNOW
This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii, LLC.The resort will begin an extensive pool area enhancement project that will require the closure of the pool and hot tub area for approximately three months. The project is currently scheduled for September, October and November 2025.
Pono Kai Resort will be undergoing a roofing project between Mid April 2025 through Mid June of 2025. Building B will not be under construction during this time. The roofing company will be working Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8:30am to 5pm. Owners and guests can expect poundings, scraping, and talking during the construction hours.
If you cancel: Within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. 30 days or more before your trip, you'll receive a refund of any rental payments you've made, minus the booking fee. Within 30 days of your trip, refunds are only given if you've purchased Trip Protection and the reason for your cancellation falls within its guidelines (see
