This space is furnished with a plush sofa,three accent chairs, side table and coffee table all centered around a gas burning fireplace and wall mounted 55" flat screen TV. The kitchen is upgraded with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook a nice dinner for a party of up to 6 people. This split floor plan allows for privacy and relaxing enjoyment. The spacious master suite has a quality king size bed, two nightstands with reading lamps, dresser drawers and flat screen TV. The en suite bath has a custom walk-in shower and dual vanities. There is a private patio set off the master bedroom with a bistro table and two chairs. Relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee from here. On the other side of the home is the guest bedroom which has two twin size beds with a nightstand and readying lamp. You can directly access the full guest bathroom from either here or the hallway. This home does have a 2 car garage that will fit two mid-size vehicles. Over-sized trucks will not fit and will need to park in open, available guest parking. For those who enjoy dining outdoors there is a BBQ grill and a table for six in the enclosed yard. The heated community pool and spa is just a stones throw away. House Rules ~Check in time is at 3:00 PM ~Check out time is 10:00 AM ~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind ~Guest must be at least 25 years of age. ~All reservations must submit driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. ~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 24 days or longer. ~For stays 21 days or longer, we require a $500 utility deposit ~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee ~No Pets ~No Smoking ~No large gatherings ~No mailbox access will be granted ~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature ~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or nowhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home.
