The home has three bedrooms with four beds upstairs and two bedrooms and one bath downstairs, two kitchens and two sets of washer dryers with one on each level. Very large bedrooms, newly painted and beautifully furnished. Hotel grade mattresses and super clean amenities surround you. Enjoy cable, Hulu, Disney, and Netflix etc. on the 65 inch Smart TV. This home is adjacent to a separate guest house with a shared, but still separated front porch area. Paddle boards, boogie boards, a cooler, beach chairs, a beach cart and two outdoor showers are waiting for you outside. The home also comes with four beach cruiser bicycles and an outdoor grill. We are just a 10 second walk to the intracoastal waterway and a 5 minute walk straight down the street to the beach.
