Our romantic private and secluded oceanfront retreat on the cliffs offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and provides the stunning getaway which most Carmel visitors dream. "Garrapata" is our third generation artist home just minutes south of Carmel. Come watch the whales, otters and dolphins play and the pelicans cruise along the waves.

You will be required to sign an Indemnity Agreement upon arrival. This property does sit atop cliffs above the ocean presenting obvious hazards!
The newly installed enormous windows allow enjoyment of the amazing scenery throughout the house. Both bedrooms have a king and twin bed. All linens and towels provided. The kitchen is fully equipped including coffee and espresso makers. Direct TV, large flat screen tv's, new Google nest wi-fi, wood stove and hot tub. We have two full bathrooms.
We have now upgraded Internet connectivity with the addition of the STARLINK satellite based platform!!!
