**CONDO OVERVIEW**
Enjoy this totally renovated third-floor condo with new paint along with new wood floors, dimmable recessed lighting throughout, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, in-unit washer and dryer, remote controlled blinds for both bedroom and balcony. Blinds for the balcony and bedroom are blacked out to keep the bedroom and living room nice and pretty dark. The kitchen has a new modern backsplash and under-mount cabinet lighting. Granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom along with refaced cabinets. Fireplace in the living room that is log burning.
Wake up in the morning from the bedroom and see beautiful views of the ski slopes in the distance. Balcony with great views of the slopes as well. The kitchen has a table for four but also the coffee table is on a lift top so two others can enjoy eating from the couch comfortably making it seating for six people. Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen along with stainless steel appliances. The bedroom has a mirrored closet with lots of space to hang clothes and other items.

**GETTING AROUND**
The condo is adjacent to the Sheraton Park City (Headquarters for Sundance). Bus Stop right behind the unit with free bus fare around Park City (takes you to Main Street for some dining and shopping and also stops at the ski slopes as well for extra convenience along with other locations throughout the city. Approximately a 30-minute drive (pending weather) via Uber/Lift from Salt Lake City Airport up the mountains to Park City (or you can rent a car if you want).
Save $25 per day as well as avoid the hassle of traffic & parking at Park City Mountain. Our property has 2 free bus lines less than a block away that will take you to the Mountain roughly every 15 minutes.
