Completely furnished one story home, with an open bright floorpan, in a great neighborhood! Oakhaven has great amenities with a neighborhood pool, tennis courts, playground for kids and a basketball court.
This home is located on a tree lined pond, with fantastic nature views from both the screen porch and sunroom. There is a variety of birds and turtles that live in the pond, so lots of nature watching!
Enter this home with secondary bedrooms to the right (one Queen bed with a walk-in closet, and one room with 2 twin beds. The garage and laundry are to the left. Continue to the dining area with a spacious dining table that seats 6. There is a bay window and open floor plan to the kitchen and family room with vaulted ceilings and sky lights that makes the rooms comfortable, spacious and bright. The family room has plenty of room and a large TV. The Master suite is at the back of the house with a King size bed, desk and chair, Smart TV, and access to the sunroom with gorgeous pond views.
