You will have access to the entire home, with the exception of two locked closets reserved for the owners. Please refrain from tampering with these closets; ample storage space is available elsewhere in the house for your belongings. Be aware that any attempt to access or alter the locked closets may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
As you walk up the stairs to the front door of this stunning home, you’ll be welcomed by an inviting living and dining area that opens up to a spacious covered porch, offering breathtaking lake views. The large, open kitchen also boasts beautiful views of the lake, creating a perfect backdrop for cooking and entertaining.

Off the kitchen, you’ll find the luxurious master suite, complete with its own private covered porch. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a desk, a large smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom for ultimate comfort and privacy.
Downstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and smart TV. Between the bedrooms, you’ll find a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer, as well as a second full bathroom.
The lower level also provides access to the two-car garage. One half of the garage is reserved for parking, while the other half is equipped with two SUPs (stand-up paddleboards), two bikes, life jackets, helmets, and storage space for your personal gear. During the winter months, please ensure snow is cleared from your vehicle before parking in the garage.

You are located in a general area which will take approximately 7-minutes to reach downtown, 2 minutes uptown, 35-minutes from Wolf Creek, 1 hr. from Durango CO.
The house is located across from the lake, with lake access just a short distance away.
Stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), bikes, helmets, and life jackets are available for guest use. A release of liability waiver must be signed to access these items.

Guests are required to report any damaged items and will be responsible for covering the cost of replacements.
Small dogs under 20 lbs are welcome at the home for a $45 pet fee, but if left unattended, they must be kept in a crate.
Is early check in/ late checkout available? We charge $15/ hr for each hour of early check in or late checkout. The reason for the charge is that often times we have to block off a night on our calendar in order to accommodate the earlier check in or late check out in order to allow our cleaning crew time to prepare for the next guest.
Before You Book:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in.
If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the total stay.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, there will be no refund, and you will be charged 100% for all nights.
Guests are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking, provided it occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
Please note that the amount refunded will never exceed the amount you have paid at the time of cancellation. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to safeguard your travel plans.
