Originally built in 1940 as a hunting retreat, the home was thoughtfully expanded and completely renovated in 2020, blending historic character with modern comfort and design.
The home features two spacious primary bedrooms, each with a king bed and private en suite bathroom. One primary bath is a striking 10' x 10' marble wet room with a Toto automatic toilet, oversized single sink, and a generous 5' x 5' shower area, illuminated by two ceiling sky tunnels. The second primary bath is a 7.5' x 7.5' marble wet room set within a dramatic two-story tower, complete with an oversized sink and shower. A third full bathroom includes a full-size bathtub, toilet, and sink with distinctive wood-paneled walls and also functions as a powder room.
