Summary: Room was clean, well-supplied and staff helpful. We did encounter one issue. The TV wasn't working. I reported it to the front desk. The staff person was very polite and helpful. He gave me a different remote hoping that would help. It didn't. He apologized and said he'd see about the possibility of changing our room. I declined is offer as we were checking out the next morning. No sense moving for a few hours. But I do appreciate the staff person's suggestion and willingness to help us even more.
