We have bikes, surf & body boards, beach chairs, towels and plenty of snorkel gear for guests to use at Kailua Beach. Great trade winds blowing off the ocean keep the home nice and cool year round. Located between Kalama Beach park and the canal, far enough away from Kailua Beach Park to avoid the crowds.
It is a quiet residential neighborhood so discretion is required and no loud parties. We kindly ask our tenants to keep their guests and visiting to a “minimum" Request that guests observe "quiet hours" from 9:00 pm to 8:00AM.
The world famous Kailua beach (voted the #1 American beach by Conde Naste). Many wonderful local restaurants and shops, along with any water-sport or adventure activity you can think of. Great nearby golf courses, hikes, and other activities to keep you active if desired.
