Very quiet, ALL NEW 1 bedroom (2 bed)/ 1 bath ranch carriage house on the second floor in the heart of urban horse country. Tremendous views, sunlight, and warmth. Complete kitchen with all new appliances. Everything you need. Great open work and living space. Queen size bedroom with a full closet and convenient luggage space. Rain-head walk-in shower. WiFi, Television, Streaming Services. Interior | 700 SF. Exterior includes large | 300 SF open deck (grill and deck furniture coming next Spring). Shared yard with us. The unit sits approximately 100 yards back from the street, private access that leads directly the base of the stairs. Well lit, safe, secure, and private. We are adjacent to a horse property. They have horses that you can enjoy watching from the deck. The neighbors take excellent care of these horses and participate in the community with them. Occasionally, when the humidity and wind are right (wrong), they SMELL like horses.
