Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, common areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

NoDa is a quaint neighborhood right off of N Davidson St which has plenty of restaurants, bars, and retail as well as easy access to other areas of North Charlotte. We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
