Ocean Tower is located within the Hilton Waikoloa Village complex, which is owned by a subsidiary of Park Hotels & Resorts and managed by Hilton Management. Parking areas are not owned or operated by HGV. Self-parking is $48 per night and valet parking is $55 per day/night (fees subject to change).
The Ocean Tower Arrivals Center is approximately 1 mile from the parking lot. We recommend you check-in your luggage with the bellman in the main lobby upon arrival. Guests who choose to self-park should drive to the main entrance and check luggage with the valet before parking. Shuttle service is temporarily suspended.
Once you park your vehicle, you have three options to get to Ocean Tower:
1. A 10-minute walk from the Main Lobby via the Museum Walkway featuring 1,800 art pieces from around the Pacific.
2. Hop aboard a canal boat.
3. Take the air-conditioned resort tram (recommended if you are carrying large suitcases or multiple bags).
Check-in and Check-Out in the Ocean Tower Arrivals Center, directly across the tram exit.
• The state of Hawaii assesses a lodging tax to guests staying at this resort. This will be paid by the renter directly to the resort. In addition, a deposit of $100 per day for incidentals is required by the resort at check-in.
• Renter is responsible for any damages. *Purchase of Damage Insurance is required from VRBO for $59. *
• The Phase III renovation project at Ocean Tower is scheduled for July 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024. During the renovation, construction will affect a portion of our guest elevator systems and will limit direct access to select Suites, which will be accessible via detours. Additionally, increased noise levels associated as anticipated with the construction occurring Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m and on some weekends and holidays. Apologies for any inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.
• The renter acknowledges and accepts the risk that the Covid-19 pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund.
• Before you travel, please check any travel advisories and local, state/province and country government mandates such as vaccination and face-covering requirements, which might impact your vacation plans.
• Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so renters are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay, or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, or a breach of contract.
