This spacious studio features a brand-new king bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, futon, desk, dresser, closet, and A/C. The private full bathroom includes a shower and bathtub, along with a washer and dryer that is shared for household use.
Guests also have access to the outdoor hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the area.

Please note: I live upstairs with my two friendly Ragdoll cats, who may come say hello! The studio is directly below my main living space, so you may occasionally hear footsteps or cats at play.
