Welcome to this newly built home on Jo Mac Rd 15 minutes from downtown Carrboro and 20 from downtown Chapel Hill (& UNC hospitals). The house sits in an open field uphill from a pond and surrounded on the other 3 sides by trees. It is near the HoneySuckle Teahouse (about a half mile away), the Eco-Institute at Rock Quarry Farm (a little over a mile away) & Rock Quarry Farm (about 3 miles away) -- not affiliated with any of those, we just know them as nearby neighbors doing neat work and hosting cool events!
Our home is fairly accessible, with a welcoming ramp from the parking area to the back door, ADA-compliant front and back doors, one-level living, and a large walk-in shower in the main bathroom.
