Our spacious, cozy paradise is just a 3 min. drive to Kailua beach and Kailua town. This cozy hide away has a cool prevailing ocean breeze and a quiet setting. In addition, this duplex is comfortably ventilated with a powerful whole house fan, ceiling fans and air conditioning for added comfort.
The duplex home is situated around a wonderfully landscaped wrap around yard measuring 5,000 + square feet. The property consists of a brand new 6' perimeter vinyl fence with sliding gate to provide guests with maximize security and safety. The 850 square feet living space consists of a: very spacious living room with a vaulted ceiling, 1 bedroom, 1 full bath and a full kitchen with oven. All the areas come with ceiling fans and the home is indirectly ventilated with a whole house fan.
The bedroom has a queen bed and comfortably sleeps two adults. The living room comes with a very comfortable, high quality and large sofa bed recliner. Hosts will furnish all beddings and linens.
The newly remodeled kitchen comes with a Corian countertop with cove backsplash. A new 20 cf Frigidaire refrigerator. The range is a glass cook type with oven.
Laundry machines are located outside and adjacent to the property and detergent and fabric softners are furnished by the hosts. There is covered parking for up to two vehicles with street parking as well. Guests have access to high speed wired and wireless Internet service.
We personally check-in our guests and go over a detailed and very helpful Welcome Package that discusses all the many things to see and do on Oahu. During reasonable hours the hosts are always available to help the guests with any issues or questions they may have.
