Specifically created for large groups to train, compete or just build lifelong memories while enjoying Pickleball around your adventures throughout Hawaii Island. The house is spacious and comfortable with two levels totaling 3500+ square feet making it perfect for large groups or multi-families traveling together. House has 5 bedrooms + 2 dens configured for additional sleeping areas, 3 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, and lanais on each level that offer views of the large 2 acre parcel and TWO covered pickleball courts. Great for large groups with 9 beds total (1K, 5Q, 1D, 2S). Perfect space for your family or group to play or train your pickleball skills while you explore all the magic the Big Island of Hawaii has to offer. Enjoy walking through, or gazing over two acres of land, listening to the sounds of the birds and being surrounded by lush green forest with light breezes.
The home was custom built in 2007. Mountain View is a central location to Volcano National Park, Hilo Town and Pahoa Town, and the southeastern corner of the Big Island where recent lava flows claimed hundreds of homes (specific location of property is at vey low risk of lava flow).
Home is also a beautiful 2 hour scenic drive to Kailua-Kona and Waikoloa Resorts for day trips. The home is 17 miles to Hilo Airport (ITO is the recommended airport) or Volcano National Park (opposite direction), and 14 miles to Pahoa.
