The main house has four comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, sunny living area with TV, front porch and upper balcony, and dining room. There are also four charming cottages on the property for your use.

- Ocean Breeze `Guest Cottage`: 4 guests, 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen & 2 Twin Beds, 1 bath
- High Tide Cabin: 2 guests, 1 bedroom with King Bed, 1 bath
- Ebb Tide Cabin: 2 guests, 1 bedroom with King Bed, 1 bath
- Low Tide Cabin: 2 guests, 1 bedroom with King Bed, 1 bath
*Please note that Low/Ebb/High Tide and Ocean Breeze Cottages are seasonal (uninsulated) cottages with no central AC or heating. We do provide a space heater in each cottage for your use on chilly days and evenings and fans for hot days.
**This listing requires a minimum of 2-night reservations for most of the year.
We’re also pleased to offer a Level 2 EV charger on the property. It’s available on a first-come, first-served basis and shared among guests at the property. A usage fee applies for short sessions (0-5 hrs) and long sessions (5+ hrs or overnight). Just let us know if you plan to charge during your stay and we’ll be happy to provide details.
House Rules:
• Please treat the home with care and respect
• Maximum of 9 guests in house, 2 guests in cabins, and 4 guests in Guest Cottage
• No pets
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• No parties or events
• No commercial photography
• No smoking
• No use of the wood stove in the living room
• Do not move the main house BBQ from where it is (10ft or more from the house)
*We can accommodate early check ins when possible upon request for an additional fee of $50. Please reach out on the day of your arrival.
Before You Leave:
• Clean BBQs with a wire brush while still hot. Leaving dirty BBQs will result in an extra $50 fee.
• Wash and return dishes to their original places. Leaving dirty dishes will result in an extra $50 fee.
• Gather used towels.
• Dispose of trash.
• Turn off appliances and lights.
• Double-check belongings; we cannot ship left-behind items.
• Adjust the thermostat to 55º F in cooler months or turn off AC in warmer ones.
• Keep all bedroom doors open.
• Lock up.
