Enjoy convenient (paid) access to Margaritaville Resort activities such as Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park, Fin City Arcade & Bowling, Mini-Golf, The Oaks Golf Course, Horseback Riding, boat slip rentals, WaveRunner rentals, paddle boat rentals and access to multiple pools! This beautiful home is located on a dead-end street, near the 5th hole of The Oaks Golf Course, and equipped with two large hotel style rooms on the lower level, and a large master suite and living area up top! Start your morning soaking in the fresh air in the charming screened in sunroom, then head down to the lake for a fun day on the water. After a day of play, relax and unwind at one of two pools, at the spa in Margaritaville, or at the swim up bar and heated pool at Land Shark Bar and Grill!

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen includes everything you need to make all your meals. Including a Keurig coffee maker, new appliances and all your kitchen essentials. The dining room boasts an incredible, custom built reclaimed wood farmhouse table big enough for the whole family. Just off the dining area is the screened in sunroom with another set of seating.
Living Room
The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, two recliners, and a large flat screen TV mounted above the wood burning fireplace.
Master Suite
Just off the living room through two French doors is the Master suite. Featuring a king-sized bed, and a jack & jill style bathroom with shower/tub combo and single vanity sink.
Bedroom 2
The bedroom to the left as you enter the front door is a hotel style room that features two full sized beds, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, a large closet, and a mini fridge
Bedroom 3
The bedroom to the right of the entry is identical to the bedroom on the left, except for different color bedding. Also including as full bathroom with shower/tub combo, large closet, and mini fridge.
Outside
The home sits at the end of a dead-end street, so it has tons of parking options, including 4 spaces directly in front of the house. The front deck features two outdoor furniture sets to spend your evenings overlooking the lake.
