The first-floor features a light-filled, modern floor plan with open Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area is centered around a stone fireplace with seating and large screen TV. It opens to the Dining and Kitchen Areas. The Dining Area is framed by two walls of glass windows and French doors that open out to a screened porch with an outdoor Living Area.
