Positive: House was a nice place to stay, as advertised.
Negative: I booked this property 7 months in advance for 6 guests. The listing stated there were 3 bedrooms with 1 bed each and a sofa bed in the living room. When we arrived, the living room couch did not appear to be a sofabed and I asked for clarification. I received the following response: Great! There is the ottoman in the kitchen which has extra pillows and sheets in them the sofa can sleep one person if you have a bigger party. Our house has a guest count max at 5 total. Enjoy your time in Hilo! In short, the listing is not accurate and the response i received implies that sheets on a couch makes it a sofa bed and that we had too many people, even though the booking was for 6.
Summary: Good house, inaccurate listing.
