You are in for an incredible vacation in this beautifully designed, wonderfully equipped home. Enjoy fantastic ocean and sound views, walk to the beach on the direct beach walkway from the back of the house, or relax in your own private pool (with an optional pool heater) and hot tub, or make use of the two grills in the pool area. For other ways to have fun outdoors, take advantage of the tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, as well as the Racquet & Fitness Center. Golf enthusiasts will be happy to learn there is a reduced greens fee and priority tee times at the Currituck Club for guests.
Back at your vacation rental, you'll be greeted by a house teeming with renovations. Sporting new flooring, an entirely new coat of paint, and new furniture throughout (such as the loft, great room, dining room, and several bedrooms), you'll get the luxury you crave mixed with the ambience of home. The ground level has a rec room with a pool table, TV, microwave, sink, fridge & fax, making it the ideal place for young and old. There also is a bedroom with two duo bunks and a full bath. A half bath is adjacent to the pool area. Make your way to the middle level, which features a main bedroom with a whirlpool, private deck access, and premium cable channels. Both bedrooms have deck access and TVs with premium cable channels. A laundry room also resides here as an added convenience for guests.
The top level boasts a great room with Absolutely Delightful views and is nicely equipped with a gas fireplace and entertainment center. The dining area is surrounded by windows with views of the ocean and sound. The loft adjacent to the great room is a great place to do a little laptop work and/or take in the beauty of the Outer Banks! You will also find a main bedroom with premium cable channels and a whirlpool on this level.

The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October.
Pool heat is available in May, June, and September. It is not available in July or August.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
For January and February bookings, please contact Vacasa to ensure the hot tub is available.
