Our well appointed home, the Godwit, is located on an acre+ lot of waterfront land with access to Pochet Cove and Little Pleasant Bay, minutes from Nauset Beach. The house is all on one level, surrounded by beautiful gardens, a water view, located in a private neighborhood and yet minutes from first-rate restaurants, stores and the Academy of Performing Arts. The back deck is like an outside living room. Read a favorite book, watch herons and egrets from the deck, have meandering conversations with family and friends. The property offers privacy and a sense of peace. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels all included. There is also no added on cleaning fee. Accommodations for 6-7 people . On the property there is a separate caretaker's cottage which is occupied.
