The other building C at Capitol Peak is farther away from the slopes, restaurants, ski school, and lifts. Trust me, Building C is way to far to walk in ski boots. THE UNIT ALSO HAS A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, ALLOWING 4 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. WINTER RATES ALSO INCLUDE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING and Summer rates every other day (up to an hour max. for one housekeeper). *** Don't be fooled by the other Snowmass condos that were built in the 1970's. They may be remodeled but still have thin walls, thin floors, old plumbing, heating, and a lot of stairs. No matter how much you remodel it, they don't compare to these 2009 built luxury units. And the location to the kids ski school, lifts, shopping, and restaurants cannot be beat.
The ALL INCLUSIVE RATE also includes overnight parking for one car in parking garage.
