Very near beaches, shopping & KOA airport Stunning ocean views and sunsets The home features 2 custom swimming pools--a 3' deep kiddie pool & large pool w/lava rock waterfalls. It is located in an upscale neighborhood of similar sized lots in the coffee belt close to Kona town.
There is a beautiful Koi pond near covered parking and the intoxicating fragrance of Angel Trumpet trees and night blooming jasmine to enjoy.
The main home features 5 bedrooms, 3 on the upper level - a large master bedroom with king size bed, oval jetted tub & shower in the master bath, private deck with 180-ocean view. Two other bedrooms upstairs have queen beds -- one with another private lanai. These bedrooms share a full bathroom w/shower. (All bedrooms have TV).
On the main level there are 2 bedrooms (one king and one queen) and another large room with 2 full futons and single bed. The bdrooms on the main floor share one full bath. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and the temperature in Holauloa is usually around 75-83 degrees at this elevation and trade wind breeze. .
The main living area has large new TV, pool table and comfortable tropical sea grass furniture, formal dining room with seating for 10-12. The living room and kitchen open to a 50' covered ocean view lanai overlooking the pools and lush yard.
Entertaining is joyful in the family size, very well equipped kitchen--sufficient for many chefs, with ice maker, toaster oven, microwave, gas cook top, oven, 4 slice toaster, coffee grinder, blender, mixer, electric fry pan, pancake griddle, waffle maker, rice cooker, kurig & drip coffee maker, and sufficient cooking utensils and dishware for 16. There are extra drip coffee makers.
You are supplied linens, towels and beach towels. Soaps, toilet paper and paper towels are supplied to get you started. We also supply beach chairs, coolers, mats, pool toys. There are hair dryers in every bathroom.
There is a propane barbecue, outdoor shower and 6 person hot tub. The yard is big enough for outdoor games.
There is plenty of parking for at least 6 cars.
The 5 acres is situated in the 'Kona coffee belt' and abundant with fruit trees and lush Hawaiiana flora. There is a friendly miniature cow, 8 sheep and 2 goats for the children to feed.

Good Neighbor Policy:
(a) Quiet hours shall be from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
(b) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area
There is also an attached studio cottage, with 3/4 bath, kitchenette, sofa, chair and covered lanai with additional hot tub. The cost of this cottage for 2 peopleis $100 + tax and cleaning fee.
