Los Angeles beach living at its best, located in tony Manhattan Beach near everything LA has to offer, my 2 bedroom beach house is perfect for a working single person, a couple and/or family with 1 or 2 children. Big master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Smaller second bedroom more suited for a child that has a loft bed.
The kitchen, which has modern appliances and high-tech touches, and garage have recently remodeled, with the garage now a high-end multi-purpose room (including office). The ample front and back yard lawns have outdoor sofas, a trampoline for the kids, and an outdoor shower for those trips back from the beach, among other things.
Manhattan Beach (and neighboring town in the South Bay) is the best part of LA with tons to do.
