Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the building, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund.

Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay; extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays over 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.
Long-Term Stays (over 20 nights): $300 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.
