30 day minimum rental due to local laws. We are truly beachside with just two houses between the suite and the private beach gate. Namala Place is a wide street with sidewalks and plenty of parking. We are situated halfway between Kalaheo Ave. and Kailua beach. We are so close to the beach you hear the waves crashing at night and feel the cool ocean breeze flowing throughout the day and night. When you come home from the beach enjoy a dip in the pool and take a relaxing outdoor shower. The bedroom and livingroom both have a Mitsubishi split air conditioning system which quickly and quietly cools the entire suite. Owner lives in adjacent home on the property and is able to assist should anything arise.
The suite is immaculate and has everything you need. The full sized kitchen has complete sets of dinnerware, serving dishes, glasses, knives, silverware and more. There is a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink. Although there is no full sized stove, there is a two burner cooktop, countertop oven with air fryer feature, microwave, indoor grille, rice cooker, crock pot, electric frypan, coffee grinder and pot, blender, and more, and there is a full sized outdoor grille on the lanai of the suite for your use.
The suite has its own separate entrance and fully fenced lanai and yard area which allows for total privacy. The lanai has a table, two dining chairs, 2 lounging chairs, and a gas grille.
The bathroom has an ideal setup with a pocket door that separates the toilet/shower area from the vanity area. There are lots of fresh new matching towels and nice rugs.
We provide so much including paper towels, coffee filters, napkins, baggies, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, cleaning products, and much more for your stay.
The fully stocked laundry room is available for your use and is attached to the suite. There is plenty of parking on the street right in front of the suite.
The pool is available for our guests to use. Our family also uses the pool, and as a courtesy we do not generally allow friends of our guests to use the pool.
We also provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, coolers, and use of our two man kayak.
In addition to the queen bed in the bedroom we provide a queen sized Aerobed for your use as well as a full sized futon.
