At the center of the Mt. Washington Resort community, is our peaceful, spacious, tastefully appointed condominium. Ski, hike, snowmobile, bike, fish, golf, shop, relax! You will find this to be a wonderfully updated Mount Washington Place condo in pristine condition with brand new gas fireplace, and AC units. There is plenty of room to enjoy the Bretton Woods and Mount Washington Resort area in this 5 bedroom 4 bath premier property. Our deck, with large family size picnic table, overlooks the Bretton Woods ski area with clear views of the brand new summit lodge. Easy, first floor level entry into a large mudroom to hold all your winter/outdoor gear. First one there gets to choose from a first floor bedroom (2 twin beds) and bath, two second floor masters with queen beds and full baths (be the lucky one to grab the one with the view and wake up to the sun rising over the Bretton Woods ski trails), or basement family fun area with 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen bedroom with shared bath. On the main floor stretch out in the large open living space and open-concept kitchen. New gas fireplace for instant ambiance and warmth is so welcoming on cold night arrivals or coming in from a day on the slopes (along with smart Nest thermostats) or in the summertime, newly installed air conditioning. Just a 2 minute drive to the lifts or Mt. Washington Hotel where the scenery is always festive, the arcade and movie room can entertain the kids, and the adults can walk around the halls to admire the history of this iconic hotel while enjoying a beverage before dining at one of the amazing restaurants. Access to hiking trails and other outdoor activities are bountiful here during the warmer months. Picture hiking alongside a bustling river enjoying views of the presidential range and the historic Cog Railway, with many stops along the way to jump in the waterfalls. You will truly feel like you are in your own world at this comforting and accommodating get-away.
