Waikoloa Beach Villas is a 120 unit luxury villa development located in the heart of a world class resort destination, the Waikoloa Beach Resort, on Kohala’s sunny gold coast. Unit K3 is a lovely 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit on the garden level in the desirable “K” building, facing the fairway of the beautifully manicured Waikoloa Beach Golf Course.
