Are you ready to relax right on the water in a spacious 3,300+ sqft, beautifully renovated lake house with all of the comforts of home?
This home has four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms are both master suites each with a private deck. The remaining two bedrooms are downstairs. The living room has accordion doors which opens the entire area up to the new 700 sqft deck overlooking the lake. On the deck you will find the propane grill and picnic table with umbrella. There is also a stone fire pit/grill, corn hole, horse shoes, two fishing kayaks, and easy access to the water via a staircase into the lake. Our cove is a great place for the little ones to swim without the worry of being in the open water. On the boat house is another deck complete with remote deck lights. It is a great way to catch some extra sun or end a beautiful evening with a glass of wine and some good friends.
The home is located in the Arnold Hills, a quiet, reserved neighborhood on the west side of Cedar Creek Lake. It is less than an hour from downtown Dallas and an hour and 20 minutes from almost any other location in DFW. The home is centrally located to restaurants, shopping and other attractions located in and near Gun Barrell City, Canton, and Seven Points. If you need a quick, amazing getaway, this is it!
