The Space:
The guest house features two comfortable bedrooms and one full bathroom, providing a cozy and convenient setup for an extended stay.
Both bedrooms feature daybeds that can be converted into king-size beds. One bedroom is already set up as a king bed, while the other is configured as a daybed. The second bedroom can easily be converted into two twin beds or a king bed—just let us know your preferred setup prior to arrival, and we’ll have it prepared for you.
One of the bedrooms also features a built-in bunk bed with two twin-size beds tucked into the closet, providing a fun sleeping option for two small children.
The home also includes a mini kitchen area with the essentials for your stay, including:

Located off of the main house, the swimming pool overlooks Lake LBJ, creating an incredible backdrop for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Texas Hill Country sunsets. The pool area also features a gas grill for outdoor cookouts. Guests planning to use the grill should bring their own propane for their stay.
