About Our Property
Built in 1909, there is a lot of history in this home. Newly renovated in 2024, we have added modern amenities while reserving some of the homes historic charm. There are long-term tenants in the upstairs unit making the front porch and backyard shared spaces.

There are electronic locks for both front and back door of the property.

We have basic cooking starter equipment and cleaning supplies provided.
Heating & Cooling
The heating and cooling are controlled by the Smart Thermostat. The heating is provided through the baseboard radiators and the cooling is through central AC.

There is an in-unit washer/dryer combo. We provide supplies for the start of your stay.
Cleaning
Vacuum and starter basic cleaning supplies are provided.
Amenities
Starter shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toiletries are provided. Linens such as towels, sheets, blankets, and comforters are provided. Hair dryers are located in each bathroom as well.
Safety
No open flames permitted inside the unit. In case of fire, there are two fire extinguishers in the unit as well as carbon monoxide and smoke detectors in each room.
