The location, tucked away off the street behind Monument Barbershop and Pop + Dutch, cannot be beat – West End, waterfront, and a very short walk to so many of Provincetown’s hot spots – 1 minute walk to the Boatslip, 2 minute walk to Joe Coffee & Cafe, 3 minutes to Spiritus Pizza, etc. You’ll be able to get to/from the center of town in a mere 10-12 minutes where you’ll find countless number of restaurants, nightlife, shopping, galleries, the ferries, etc.
Smartly updated, this vacation spot boasts many updates including all attractive furnishings and decor inside and out as well as a renovated bathroom. In the main living space, you will find an open concept living/dining/kitchen area with cathedral ceiling boasting rooftop, beach, and harbor views. There are quartz countertops on an oversized bar with seating for four for a casual meal and/or cocktail hour. The kitchen also includes plenty of storage space, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and full-size refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. The kitchen also has a mid-century marble table and swivel chairs in a cute breakfast nook. The living room has a stylish leather swivel chair and ottoman as well as a comfortable sofa with chaise lounge facing a large sliding glass door with deck access and stunning views of Provincetown Harbor. Down a short hallway is another door to the deck, the bathroom, and a cozy bedroom. The bathroom has a roomy walk in shower, window, and storage in the vanity/medicine cabinet. The bedroom is equipped with a comfy queen sized bed and spacious closet.
Directly outside the unit, you will find an exclusive-use deck that expands your living space. Above the deck is a motorized awning to protect you from the summer sun.
