Get the best of both worlds being right on the water and just a short walk to the beach. (less than a half mile, but you can drive too!) Public beach access and parking is directly between house and beach.

**IMPORTANT** Max guest/visitor count is 8 at all times including daytime visitors even for short periods of time. If 9 or more individuals (adults/infants/kids) are on the property inside or out at one time, the reservation will be cancelled without refund and the guest will be made to leave. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
Plenty to explore nearby with a dance club, several bars and the famous Trailer Bar all within walking distance. There is always live music, even during the winter months.
29' dock width for tying up your boat. Cleats and fenders available. Dock lift not available.
Spa maintenance is usually on Saturday mornings and grass is usually mowed on Thursday/Fridays but this can vary based on weather and availability.
We store our boat trailer in the driveway and boat in the lift throughout the year. There is driveway parking for up to 4 cars.
We do not allow animals since we use this as a second home and have strong allergies in the family.
