This three-bedroom plus upside down (main living space is on the second floor) is located in the desirable Indian Neck area of Wellfleet. Set on a wooded lot, the property is just a four-minute walk to Omaha Beach. Enjoy lovely harbor views and sunsets from the second floor wrap-around deck.
Enter an open and bright main living area with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fan on the second floor. The many windows and sliders to the wrap-around deck fill the space with light and lovely views. The living room has leather sofas and a flat screen TV with cable. The large dining table has room for everyone. Just off the dining area is a nicely-equipped kitchen with solid surface range. This floor has one bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and two doors--one to the bedroom and one to the kitchen.
The first floor has an open family room with futon, flat screen TV with cable and a bunk bed for additional sleep space. Multiple doors lead to the yard. The home's other two bedrooms are on this floor. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a full (double) bed and a twin bed. There is a bathroom with a shower. The washer and dryer are in the closet of the bedroom with the queen.
NOTE: This home does not have air conditioning.
Enjoy the wonderful second floor wrap-around deck with conversation nook, gas grill and dining table with chairs. The deck is the perfect spot relax and enjoy the everchanging views of the harbor and tidal marsh. Gorgeous sunsets too. There is an enclosed outdoor shower at the side of the house.
