Stunning location, waterfront in Wellfleet! 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 bath waterfront home has its own beach in the Indian Neck area on Wellfleet Bay. A full length deck overlooking the water is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the beautiful view and sunset.
Main Level: Enter a tiled foyer. To the left a hallway with oak flooring leads to the living room area with two sofas, chairs, and a decorative fireplace with of course windows facing the shoreline and beach. The dining room and breakfast area/kitchen also face the water. Toward the street side are two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds.
Upper Level: Stairs lead to the ensuite bedroom with a lovely full bath and a sweet study alcove. The bedroom faces again, the incredible water view which is everywhere in this home, and there is a queen bed here. From the third level you can see everything! There is a small balcony off this primary bedroom.
Lower Level: Stairs to the right of the front door lead to another comfortable living area with tile floors, a sofa, chairs and TV. A sliding door leads outside to the sparkling bay. In the unfinished part of the lower level are the washer, dryer and a half bath.
