This four bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located in the gated community of Keauhou Estates. Keauhou Estates is very well situated and is close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and a golf course.
The front door opens to the living area, looking through the large glass sliding doors to the spacious lanai with a private swimming pool and spectacular ocean views. The large lanai offers both ample sunny and shaded/covered lanai space. The large kitchen and dining area are also located on the main floor with views to the pool area. The primary bedroom enjoys ocean views and entry to the lanai, has a King bed and master bath with separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed upon request & for a fee, a lanai and bathroom 2 is located on the main level of the home. Very private from the main level of the home are bedrooms 3 and 4 both have queen beds and a shared bathroom 3 located in the upper level.
This home has a bonus room with a ping pong table with ocean views located on the main level.
The poolside lanai is elevated above Kamehameha III Rd which provides incredible ocean, coastline and sunset views. Although subdued, traffic noise may be heard from the road while relaxing by the pool.
Minimum night varies seasonally 7 -10 nights. This is a non-smoking, no pets property. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.
