5. No unsupervised children in pool area (spa area)
6. Please be respectful of neighbors, and keep noise levels down
7. Quiet hours shall be from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am during which time the noise from the short term vacation rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
8. Sound that is audible beyond the boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would b otherwise associated with a residential area.
9. Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated parking area.
10. The short term vacation rental shall not be used for commercial purposes.
