This 3 Bedroom, 2 bath, one level (upstairs) home is about 3 miles south of downtown Kona and just up the hill from some of Kona’s most famous beaches and surf spots. The home is located in a safe neighborhood, perched upon the hill where you can see the ocean and hear the roar of the waves, during high surf! The large, open kitchen has a breakfast bar with granite countertops, a 6 gas burner stove and double ovens. The beach-entry, saltwater pool is perfect for children of all ages and surrounded by lush mature trees and flowers. You can spend your days in the backyard oasis, grilling, swimming and lounging. Or if you need recommendations for beaches or restaurants I'm always happy to share tips to make your Kona holiday wonderful! Our onsite manager, Pauly, lives in the apartment downstairs, so if there is something you need, feel free to knock on his door and he is happy to help!
