There is a large, private, covered balcony, with a child safety gate, that leads directly down to the waterfront and offers beautiful views of the canal, bay and sunset. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, walks along the dock, boat watching in the canal, and watching the sun set and rise just steps from the back door!
The waterfront master bedroom features a king-sized bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and walk in closet, with private access to the back balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle bed. There is a second full bathroom with a shower, stacked washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi in the unit for your convenience.
3 outdoor community pool, including large family pool, adults only lap pool, and fenced baby pool are a 1-minute walk from the front door. Northside Park, which has walking trails, playgrounds, ballfields, and fishing piers, several restaurants such as Green Turtle, Crabcake Factory, pizza shops, shopping, amusements, coffee shops, gas stations, grocery stores, ice cream parlors and THE BEACH are all only a short 10-minute walk away!
