The fifth bedroom is in the basement. The basement also has a living room area with a TV and some futons and a full bathroom. In the winter the snow can be tough to drive in so may need 4 wheel drive or snow tires. Signal Hill Road is very steep so go up Snow Valley Road to Sylvan Ridge if it is snowing out.
