This newly renovated cozy tiny cottage is perfect for staying on the Hamakua Coast, enjoying Hawaiian country life & various hikes and waterfalls.
The room has a queen sized bed to sleep 2. Roku TV and free wifi are avaialble.
The kitchenette has a double burner propane stove, a small refrigerator, microwave, Coffee maker, toaster and an electric kettle. Plates, cups, bowls, spoons knives and forks, cork screw/bottle openers etc are provided.
Starter Coffee & some condiment are also provided.
Barbecue grill is also available upon request but you must bring your own coal.
There is a small patio breakfast bar with stools for 2 just outside the cottage.
The outdoors deck is great for having meals or just hanging out. Smoking is allowed outdoors only!
Bathroom is attached. Towels, Shampoo & body wash are provided.
Paid Washer/Dryer are available during day light hours only.

We have some fruit trees & animals on our homestead. Our farm produces coffee and free range organic eggs in abundance. We also source locally produced honey and other produce from local farms for our guests and farm to table meals.
If you love animals please go ahead and hangout with the chickens, cats, bunny rabbits & cows. Kids absolutely love the animals.
There's a nice whale watching deck on the farm just a little stroll away from the cottage where you can lounge for hours staring at the ocean, enjoying the cool breeze, getting lots of sun and sometimes watch a whale breach.
Make yourself a nice cup of hot chocolate and hangout at our deck for stargazing at night. The milky way galaxy is fully visible in our sky due to very little light pollution. You will most likely see and wish upon a shooting star! If you're visiting in August, the Perseid meteor shower will take your breath away.
We are also a short hike away from the local waterfall if you'd like to get adventurous and go for a dip on a hot sunny day!
We are about 600ft above sea level so we do not need a/c. The fan in the room is enough to keep it cool.
Papaaloa Country Store down the road is great place to get supplies & hot food, bar & live music. Please check for store hours online as they change sometimes.
