Positive: The home was well supplied with everything needed for preparing meals. Plenty of towels for the beach and extra towels for bathing too. The outdoor space was awesome. Being directly across from the beach path was the best.
Negative: I think that the addition of wall unit air conditioners would help immensely. For those that aren't used to warm and humid climates, it can get really uncomfortable. We found it really warm if we were using the oven and also very warm in the bedrooms at night. For the price we paid for the week, I feel like I shouldn't be soaked in sweat when preparing dinner. Lastly, obviously no expense was spared when the remodel was done, I would think the for a minimal expense, A/C units would have been included.
Summary: Such a beautiful home and the perfect location.
