My place is simple cozy and very well located. Only a 2 minutes walking distance to a private beach on the north shore of Maui, and walking distance to the world famous Mama's Fish House Restaurant. Hookipa Beach Park which features great surfing and windsurfing, is only 2 minutes drive from the apartment. Paia town with restaurants and shops is only 3 minutes away. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and small families (with kids).
The apartment is a furnished 1 bedroom and 1 bath condo, It is in the 2nd floor in a 3 story walk up building. The building is on Hana Highway, right before Mama's Fish House.
The kitchen has microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, some pantry items, some condiments, pots and pans, and everything you'll need to cook.
Ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room and a portable AC Unit in the living Room as well as in the bedroom. Basic Cable, flat screen TV, and wifi internet. Please no smoking.
The bed has a new queen size mattress and there is a full size hide-a-bed couch in the living room to sleep a maximum of 4 people.
The bathroom has 2 bath towels (extra towels for additional people in bedroom closet), 2 beach towels, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer. (note that it is a small apartment and the hot water only last for a 10 to 15 minute shower)
You have the entire apartment to yourself.
There are washers and dryers in the Laundry room across the yard.
First floor level.
Reserved parking for one car in the parking lot.
Beach Chairs, Beach towels, and cooler provided.
Self check in with electronic lock.
2 minute walk to the beach.
Extra towels for additional people (more than 2), and sheets, pillows and comforter for the pull out sofa are located in the bedroom closet.
Due to housekeeping schedules, safety and Airbnb privacy policy, we are unable to offer early check in or late check out.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking or vaping of any substance indoors or on the lanais will result in automatic extra cleaning fees.
The apartment is in Kuau plaza building at the first floor next to Hana Hwy, for people that are sensible to the car noise could be annoying.

climate the appearance of insects is rare, but possible especially in the case of
food residues left in the apartment.
