Summary: I notified the property mgmt we would arrive very late-1am ish. You would think this might trigger someone to explain how to do everything .... in the dark. We used the garage code to park under the building. I was assured there would be no-one in the tandem spot (there was). We unload our bags and get to the elevator, but no one told us you had to have a key to use it. We had no way to get up to the apartment. We lug our bags out a side stairwell only to see it is up and down flights of stairs to get to the front of the building. Off we go. We were sent 1 picture of where to find the lock box & the code to unlock it. At 1am it is very difficult to see where the lock box is located so we spend about 40 minutes trying all the boxes only to finally see our box is not by the door but on another part of the fence closer to the street. Almost 2am - our family is hanging out on the street (pretty quiet) finally gaining access to the lock box and a key to the elevator and apartment. We finally get into the apartment (odd temp scent-like weed) I get everyone squared away & in bed, about 3:30am loud knocking on our door - it was the porsche parked in our tandem spot that was supposed to be empty needing to get their car out. A lot of this could have been avoided with better communication & some customer mgmt. The apartment was fine, only 3 plates, only 1 wash per bathroom-really a 2.5 bath-beds comfy, needs some tlc-damage to walls, baseboards, it served its purpose-felt safe.
