Welcome to our beautiful 5-bedroom, 3-bath with nearly 2,700 sq ft of space, this home comfortably sleeps large groups with a private king suite, and 4 queen bedrooms each with there own TV!
Our home is situated in a quiet neighborhood with a nearby park for the kids.
Conveniently located near 12 minutes south of Downtown, and just 10 Minutes to Medical Center, and NRG Stadium, this home is designed for a family friendly time!

8. EARLY CHECK-IN IS ONLY ALLOWED IF NO GUESTS THE NIGHT PRIOR. Please ask the night before your check-in for approval.
9. Early Check-in Fee: If you are looking to check-in early, we allow a FREE early check-in up to 2PM (If it's available, and no guests book the night prior). If you need to check-in prior prior to 2PM, there is an additional $20 fee per HOUR before 2pm.
10. We require a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We have 2 options that you can choose between:
Option 1: Damage Waiver ($39) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
